Lakewood Estate — Three Trades, One Team
The brief: a full electrical service upgrade, a whole-home Generac standby system, and an annual pest program — with one contractor accountable for all of it. The homeowners had been burned before by trades pointing fingers at each other.
The work: panel replacement with whole-home surge protection, load calculation and generator sizing, automatic transfer switch integration, gas coordination, commissioning under full load, and a quarterly IPM program with termite warranty — all permitted, all inspected, all closed.
The result: six weeks from contract to final walkthrough. Punch list: zero items.
